(High Intensity Interval Training)

What is HITT?
HITT is short for High Intensity Interval Training, which incorporates alternating short periods of exercise with recovery periods in between. This style of exercise is designed to improve your cardiovascular endurance and strength. Exercises will be taught with form being the focus so you can get the most out of your workout. Beginner to advanced modifications will be shown.
All fitness levels are welcome.
