Melissa Osterberg is a registered RYT 200-hour Yoga Instructor through Yoga Alliance. She completed her teaching training with Old Common Yoga Teacher Training Program through Heart Space Holistic. Studying under Lauren Toolin, she learned Classic yoga blended with Hatha and Tantra elements. Her class offers a combination of asana, pranayama and meditation to help strengthen the body, increase flexibility and focus the mind. Melissa’s love of yoga is expressed through her devotion to the practice and the compassionate energy she shares with each student.
