Classes are open to both juniors and adults. All fitness levels are welcome.
6-Week Session starts on September 16 and runs thru October 21, 2014.
Classes are Tuesday evenings at 5:15PM and 6:15PM
$45 for 6-week session or $10/class

At the same time, you'll gain far greater flexibility and fluidity of movement.
A minimum of 10 people needed to hold the class. If the minimum is not met, you will be given the option to change to a different time or issued a refund.
