In this new combination class of Boot Camp and Yoga, we are offering you the opportunity to amp up your workouts, strengthen your body and gain an understanding of what it takes to build lean muscle and restore your body. Start your morning and week off right. Yoga will kick us off each Monday morning. Boot camp will then follow, Tuesday and Thursday mornings. All classes will begin promptly and run from 5:45-6:30 am.
Boot Camp and Yoga have more things in common than one would think. Yoga, like Boot Camp, focuses on building core strength, increasing endurance, and flexibility. These classes will challenge and push you both physically and mentally. With our certified and experienced Yoga instructor, you will be guided through a Vinyasa or flow Yoga-- concentrating on coordinating movements and breath, working all muscle groups to increase flexibility and reduce the risk of injury. Our Boot Camp instructors bring over 25 years experience to these total body, integrated workouts. While focusing on form; using weights, kettle bells, and gravity training, we will provide you with the best total body workout you can get in a short amount of time, keeping you burning calories all day long. You will see results while working out in a fun, supportive atmosphere- there is no better way to start your day!
