At Outside In Fitness we help you achieve Total Fitness through a
Nutrition, Exercise, and Motivation
to help You build a better YOU.
Certified Nutritional Advisors and Personal Trainers
provide you with the necessary tools
and support to help you reach your goals.
During this program, you will work with two trainers
on an Exercise and Nutrition program designed for YOU.
This program includes:
Set Attainable Goals
A Nutrition Plan, that works for you (NOT a diet)
Exercise (Cardio and Resistance Training, based on your needs, at your level)
Exercise and Nutrition Progress Tracking
Unlimited Email/Texting Support
Unlimited access to all open classes on the schedule
(Excluding Boot Camp)
January 4 - February 13, 2016
3 One-Hour Training Sessions per week
Wednesday & Friday 5:45-6:45am
Monday & Wednesday any time between 5:00-8:00pm
Your schedule will be accommodated with make up times
