We are very excited to announce that Dan, Boxing Trainer, is bringing his popular boxing program back to Outside In Fitness!
Learn the skills that allow you to feel like you're stepping into the ring for a three-round fight. Feel the satisfaction of pushing yourself further, and the pride of knowing you gave it your all. For anyone who has ever wanted to see what a boxing workout is all about, in a safe, clean, professional environment, here is your opportunity!! This is the perfect total body workout, and the fastest way to the tight, toned fighter's body you seek. You'll be challenged to learn new skills and build strength in every muscle group. At the same time, you'll gain far greater flexibility and fluidity of movement. Classes are open to both juniors and adults.

You won’t want to miss this wonderful beginner to intermediate level yoga class with Ked (an experienced, certified yoga instructor).
Invigorate your body and reduce stress. You will experience traditional yoga poses, stretching, breathing and relaxation techniques which will improve your flexibility, balance, strength and overall wellness. All fitness levels are welcome.
