Review Food Journals, Weight Ins, Review Exercises & Overall Wellness

Ongoing Text, E-mail or Phone support
YOU COMMIT to at least TWO weight training sessions per week
Monday / Wednesday Flexible 1-hour between 4:30-7:30 PM
Tuesday / Thursday Makeup sessions by appointment
ALL Open Classes on the schedule
7:30-8:00 AM (weigh in)
8:00-9:00 AM (total body strength/cardio/core group exercise & meeting)
Regular Sessions are $225 and run in 6 week intervals.
